Essentially the botanicals which make up Edinberry gin infusion kits contain a hand selected range of botanicals, blended to impart the flavours of a premium aromatically classic gin.
Just pour 500ml of boiling water over our hand selected botanicals and let it steep for 15 minutes - infact just let it cool down entirely ad a spoon full of sugar to taste. Now add to your chosen tonic for a delightfully ginny taste. (Keep it in the fridge now as it's a fresh botanical infusion)
